I have received a claim from a court in Canada / Ontario I have defaulted on my student line of credit from A private bank in Canada, have not been able to pay as I was unable to work. I currently live in US I found out that I could try and defend this in court but I am not sure what are the merits. Should I let the bank get a default judgement and deal with it once I return to Canada. Will they enforce the judgement in US. How should I respond or approach the case could I hire you? Please let me know ASAP as I need to respond quickly. Thanks
