Relieved!!

Like many of us from time to time came I came up against an over extended financial situation that impacted my ability to be the best father, husband and son my loved ones deserved.  Caused by complicated, elderly in-law health needs, some business receivables complications, and a bank that threw easy money at me instead of a more responsible client management process, I was down, out and in trouble.

The stress and tension eventually caught up with me and I investigated bankruptcy as the solution.  I was ready to sign the papers merely to obtain some relief and in all honesty, to alleviate the debt as soon as possible.

I was very disturbed by this because I really felt that their must be a better way, but how?  At that same time, as if by serendipitous fate, I was introduced to Mr. John LeBlanc.  After several conversations with my wife and I he helped me to realize that the only reason I was going down the bankruptcy tunnel, was because I did not understand the real and inner workings of debt management and recovery… at the creditor level.

We immediately began to feel great relief and seethe difference between knowledge being put to work on our behalf, versus our fear and mismanagement of something beyond our personal scope.

With Mr. LeBlanc’s assistance we were able to re-establish credit even with judgments outstanding against me.  We were able to open the door to negotiations with creditors because Mr. LeBlanc knowledgably speaks their language.  We took a leap of faith that was based on understanding and truth regarding the debt industry.  We worked it out from a position which increased, rather than diminished; our understanding, self esteem, and strength to deal with the situation at hand.

Bankruptcy may be necessary in some very acute circumstances for certain individuals.  However, those of us who do not investigate every alternative at our disposal are often overlooking a real solution.  My wife and I want a better future, it was not going to happen by signing off my responsibility at the stroke of a pen to a bankruptcy organization.
