Well I am so pissed off today that I could scream. HRSDC have been threatening me and sending me hate mail for how many years. So about one year ago I sent post dated cheques to them and never thought anything about getting a statement since the money was being taken out of my account I assumed it was getting there. It wasnt. I had asked for a statement so many times from them assholes I stopped asking. So today I get another hate mail letter in the mail demanding payment. So I get on the phone and I am right pissed off. I start cussing and swearing saying I have made payments for one year, not once have I received a statement. Them **** tell me today that they have no record of my payments, and that I dont have any postdated cheques on file. I say bullsh*t they have enought until Dec. 2007. I am told they know nothing about it. Ok, so I ask where is my money going to. Uh the response I dont know. I said well I sent them to your office you better find out where they are going to.. She said go to your bank and ask for the back of each cheque, I say I am not paying $ 25 for each cheque. I said well I will just stop payment, and she says but then you wont be paying your loan, well give me a f**** break. So I hang up all mad, then she calls me back and said that Revenue Canada has been keeping the cheques and cashing them just in case I ever have an overpayment with them. What the hell!!! SO I said I am stopping payment and they can kiss my ass. I hang up. CCRA calls me and says they will be sending all the payments back to the student loans dept. AHHHHH the place it should have gone to in the first place....... |

Hi Johnny
Yes I have a balance owing with them of $ 1,200.00. But again, they were not taking the money off for this either. But atleast I know where my hard earned money is going..
