Hi all,

I have noticed some board members taking shots at other members. This is not right.

It is ok to disagree with someone but you should not personally attack any board member. This means no flaming other board members.

It is understood that many folks who post are really stressed and understandably that is likely how such postings are posted.

If something upsets you, do not reply right away. Cool off and then reply and do so politely. It is quite possible that board members understood each other.

Lets make this a place for mutual support and not get on each other's case.

3rd word at the end of the 2nd last sentence should be "misunderstood" not "understood"
