I have a quick question! For the past 2 years I haven't received my GST or my income tax due to my student loans being in collections. I understand why it's the case and accepted it. I recently did call student loans (collections) and we made arrangements to start payment, although I haven't received what they were going to send me in the mail. However, I received my GST for April 2014 (just noticed the cheque now). Does anyone know why I would have received it, knowing I'm in collections for my student loan and haven received a GST in two years. Only thing I can think of is since last time the GST's were sent out (January) I not only had a son but became a single parent in the process
