Can the CRA Collections/NSLSC retract eligibility into SL Rehabilitation even after receiving a letter from the NSLSC stating that I had met the Rehab criteria?

Apparently CRA made an adjustment to my loan after I was accepted and it made it so I was no longer eligible for Rehab - I called to see if I could speed up the process (waiting impatiently to file income tax) and was informed of this.

Waiting on a call back from a supervisor....any advice in the meant time? Ever heard of the CRA/NSLSC pulling a stunt like this?
