This site deals with the process of declaring bankruptcy on your student loan. It's based in Ontario and deals with: how to find a trustee, legal services, how to deal with collection agencies, and the contradictions of debt. Most interesting though is a section about returning to school but still being able to declare using case-law and jurisprudence. It's just a wordpress, but it's pretty useful. I don't know who actually wrote this blog...but it is excellent. Every word of it. We do need to protect ourselves and seek answers to questions that are very cloaked in ambiguous legalese. That seven year rule is what really ruins any hope of discharge...and for no apparent reason. This site gives hope where there is precious little. Thank you for posting it!
