I have some old BC Student loan debts that are past the SOL, however, they are not disappearing from my credit report. One notably being from EDS DBA REVSERVBC.

The date of last activity magically changes, I believe from when I filed my income tax return.

I know this is an illegal act and I would like to know how much would you charge to look in to the SOL of these debts without resetting them.

If they are statute barred then they are not allowed to be reported on your credit report. BC Revenue Services is also a private company as part of Hewlett Packard. If they are collecting a debt that is barred then it is unlawful to do so. Or so you would think.
