Hey there.
I have been neglecting my loan payments for a few years as I was having trouble finding decent housing, employment, and trying to pay down other debt. Now I have been sent paper work from the supreme Court of Canada on behalf of the federal student loan people regarding legal action because I have been deliquent. It was dated March 1st with 10 day deadline. I received it on Saturday. It is now the 6th.

I am in a position where I can now manage to pay a considerable monthly sum. However, I need help and guidance in how to deal with these issues. I suffer from anxiety disorder which is part of the reason I have put the problem off for so long. Some guidance is certainly needed and would be appreciated.

-------------
In Solidarity.

Hello,

I recently received a letter telling me to contact federal student loans office or they will serve me with legal papers or garnish my accounts. I just want to know what happened with your situation. Did you settle? Did you get a warning letter before you were served? also, did they serve you at home, in person?
