Hello-I just found out that I am over 60 months, regarding the limit for RPA.I asked National Loan Center for a copy of document that I signed , acknowledging my acceptance of my last application for RPA. The truth is that such document does not exist/ just like one does exist, when it comes to each application for Revision of terms. Regarding the RPA , the agreement is "over the phone". Does anyone find an issue with it, since not seeing the actual paper copy of RPA application, I did not realize that going over 60 months, would prevent me from applying for another student loan. I find it unacceptable that they/National Student Loans-would not send a paper form to actually see the WARNING OF GOING OVER 60 MONTHS OF ASSISTANCE...Is there any way to dispute this lack of clearance ? Thanks
