Hi!

I have a student loan from 2012 that I have never paid or acknowledged. I stupidly called the CRA to look into my account about a month ago, they updated my info. I don't know what I said, so I don't know if I fully acknowledged the debt, but either way, they sent my employer a letter to confirm/identify me as an employee with the company, telling my boss he had 15 days to respond. Is this the first step of wage garnishment!?!??!?!

Why have you not paid anything on the loan? If you can't afford to pay, why didn't you apply for RAP? If you are just trying to avoid your loan, this forum is not for that purpose. To help you, we need to know why you did not pay anything on your loan.
