I need some help and advice. I just received countdocuments for outstanding student loans and it looks like I'm being taken to court?!? Anyway I barely make ends meet just covering bill and expenses. Just wondering how I can fix this. The loans are from 2006.

Hello, do you have any updates about this matter? How were you served?

Whose suing you?  Province or Canada?  When did you last make a payment or acknowledge the debt through the usage of one of the relief programs?

Minister of finance. It was in 2011 the last time the debt was acknowledged. I just need someone locals to tell me what to do.

That sucks; I'm sorry.  They managed to sneak it in just before the 6 year limit.  Carefully verify that they are real court documents and not simply a threat, before you attempt to make payment or put anything in writing.

Aside from that, you likely need help negotiating a better arrangement without going to court.  Perhaps, Johnny can help you with this.
