Hi There,

Today I applied online for NSLSC Repayment Assistant and Wrongly entered my after tax income. And know the online system asked me to submit my payslip.

What should I do? Should I give a call and ask to remove the application and reapply again? Please advise.

If you made an error then you simply call them and explain what happened, and they should rectify it. This is what the government of Canada pays this private US company hundreds of millions of dollars to do.

As I said, on the online application form, I entered after tax as income instead of gross income and now I am supposed to send my payslip.

If I call and ask them to cancel the application, does it work?
