First - if someone (John) does answer something here - is there a way to pay you - information like this is obviously extremely valuble - I don’t want to just ask into a void.

***Compiling information so I can make a battle plan***

One- I can’t find where the time frame for student lined to become status barred in each Provence is (like anywhere on the Internet)
Say BC- is it Two for regular debt. Is that provincial loans too? (Taken out in 2011 last active 2015) Is it six? Is that from when it went delinquent?

Two - there was a very valuable post about how you have to dispute quickly if the CRA applies tax credit on an old debt.
Can I read up somewhere on how to do that if I need to.

My credit report says Canada student loan - transferred or sold - account paid - I’d guess it’s with national student loans now and if I want to rehabilitate them I can worry about that in a bit.

This is all in the end that- I thought I was being good filing four years of back taxes - but if my returns just woke up credit collectors I’d like to act now.

And.

One such collector is very scary and aggressive. Although I want to be recponcibke for debt - and am working on edgucating myself - I’d like to know if I should prepare and be worried for legal action atm
(The one BC student loan debt in collections maybe (why is revinue services - an already collection place - farming out to CVB?)- the date listed is the six months date after I left school and ignored my loans - September of 2015

In any case that’s that

If it’s more appropriate to ask over email as expert advice do let me know

Thanks!
