Hello. Can anyone please give me some info.

I immigrated to Manitoba, Canada. I am currently into Banking and I want to switch to IT. How to get Grant from Manitoba government (not loan).

What to present, what helplessness to present to get student grant? (what to show like low income, my wife who has no job)
