Hello,

My student loan debt is not showing up on my CRA MyAccount and I have stopped receiving invoices from ESDC.  Just curious if anyone knows why this has happened?

Cheers,

Phil

Just a follow up, I have contacted CRA and they said that the liens and right to set off on my GST and tax refunds have been removed from my account which is why it is not showing up.  I called the number ESDC supplied me with on my monthly invoice but they are closed due to the pandemic.  I still don't know why I am not receiving monthly invoices.  I am still paying in accordance with the agreement that John Leblanc set up for me in 2013, but I don't know what is going on because there is no status update or monthly invoices.

You won't receive anything from the government during this time of crisis. The government offices are quite empty and staff on-site is very minimal. You won't start receiving statements again until things get back to normal over there I suspect.

Liens are removed temporarily, yes.

Are you able to continue the payment I set up for you? Are you ordered to stop work, or suffering loss of your job due to the crisis?

Thanks for replying.  I am in a good spot working from home and am able to keep up with the payments.  Thanks for the info.

Cheers
