There are a lot of Ontario student loan borrowers being pursued by third-party recovery agencies for Ontario student loans that originated and entered into default before January 1, 2004. There are a LOT of questions surrounding Ontario limitation law because the government and its agencies are telling people that no limitation period applies. Of course, this is not true.

If your Ontario student loan was taken before January 1, 2004, and went into repayment/default BEFORE January 1, 2004 and would like to explore relief, we would like to encourage you to contact us.
