I am a bit frustrated because NCO called at my working place and telling to sell my bed, and do garage sale to sell any thing to give them the money they want.

They called my apartement and asked my wife about our finances, they wanted to know how much we earn and how much we spend.

Yesterday they called me to ask me my paystubb, should I send them this information?

I only owe them k20000 from royal bank.

Please can anyone help me deal with issue.

1. Fax & mail a registered letter indicating that you only want written correspondence from now on. Keep the fax and letter receipt.

2. Next time they call, remind them that by asking your wife about YOUR finances, they are breaking the law--they can't talk to another party about your debt unless you've given them permission to do so.

3. I wouldn't send them my paystub for all the money in the world.

Get the offer in writing, Student.

From what I understand, it is not unusual for creditors to accept a smaller sum because they earn a commission on what they collect and it's not too much work.

Your English is fine.
