I am getting the run around from SL about RAPD application. Last time I applied I was approved for 0 payments for six months. I have reapplied again and was told this time I have to pay 500 dollars a month despite my monthly costs going up substantially.
The medical adjudicator wrote a letter saying that my expenses will only be considered for the month of November 2018 which makes no sense to me given that at any given time I could have a ton of expenses related to my disability outside of that time frame.
They also are asking for the same paperwork (receipts etc.) I already submitted saying it was incorrect when, it is in fact correct AND last time I went through this process they accepted it.
HELP
