I have deliquent student loans from 1996 when I graduated. I have paid on and off but very minimal, I need some advice on what I should do. My student loans have racked out to about

40, 000 now.

Should I contact CSL and OSL and see exactly how much I owe? What should I do? I am currently in between jobs so 0 income....
