I started applying student loan back in 2004 in the province of Ontario for about two and half years. Due to a lot of social environmentally disturbing issues arround me, I even lost self-care capability during that period of time. And due to the ignorance from original loan holders and school like basic communication, The student loan had been put in collection (Canada Revenue Agency or Human Resource and Skills Development for ferderal part of loan; Accounts Recovery Corporation for Ontario student loan) back in 2008.

Now the provincial part of loan is still in ARC, which phoned me many times during 2008 and informed me of loan information.

However, during 2009, they stopped contacting me for a long period of time. Now they seized my income tax refund.

I am just wondering if there are any ways of getting this loan out of collection.
