HEY - I have some old loans that maybe nearing statute barred status. 6 or 7 years I'm not sure. One set of loans is Royal Bank and Ontario student loans. The other set is Canada student loans, and Canada-Integrated student loans. I think that is what they are called anyway. DO all federal and provincial and bank loans become statute barred after the period of 6 or 7 years?? If so what does that mean for tax returns? Do they still take your returns every year until im on pension/dead? Do they ever go off your credit reports?  TY for your input ahead of time. |

Very carefully.  One little slip up will cause it to survive. Thast is what the government is looking for borrowers to do. slip up somehow. $300 million is a lot of moolah to them. If you want it done professionally without any slipping up you can contact us privately. Otherwsie, best of luck!
