OK so here is my story HEEEELLLLP!!!

I got a letter in the mail from ARC telling me that they were now collecting my Prov. loan of $6200.00. I promptly called them and nicely tried to make arrangements with them of 100.00 per month until Feb when my finances would allow for more. They wanted 900.00 to start before they would even think about payment terms. I told them there was NO way that was going to happen and they would get their 100.00 on Friday.

SO today I called them as I re worked my budget and was going to be able to pay more and the lady got totally aggressive on the phone with me demanding that I call the federal Gov. and tell them to reduce my payment to them so I would be able to pay them more and then the threats began, things like it is just click of button and I will garnish your wages, and you are XX years old you need to get control of your finances etc. I told her I felt like I was being threatened.. WHAT do I do?????
