Well its nice to know im not the only one that has been misinformed, lied to and get this one: Cibc and equi reps falsely identifying themselves heres my complaint i sent which is apprently in the works lets see what happens, names have been replaced with female and male as even though they have falsified thier identidys to me i stil repsect thier privcacy. At any rate here it is :
A)Since I am not satisfied with the management of the business unit where the concern has arisen
B) Since I am not satisfied with the CIBC Customer Group
C)Since I am not satisfied with the coordinator of the Ombudsman Office
I am therefore asking an investigation to be started into the above matters for the following reasons an also refer you to ref# such and such
1st complaint: Harassment: Operators from CIBC National Student center that keep calling and telling me I have to make interest payment when it is on their file that a:) I am under debt reduction review. B:)that I have a disability where I cannot work or be gainfully employed
c:) Am in undue financial hardship due to a low fixed income from Ontario works d) have repeatedly told a number of operators that I cannot pay due to the above facts.
2nd complaint: Female from the PIR Department for debt reduction falsely Identifying herself as female , when I have been told by operators from the CIBC National Student Center that this female was a Male
3rd complaint;Male coordinator for ombudsman office refusing to put me in direct contact with the ombudsman when requested to do so
4th complaint; CIBC Bank Reps telling me they do not have a name for the CIBC Ombudsman only a mailing address then telling me they only had a toll free number until I was put in contact with a manger of a local cibc bank branch named female at number who called the ombudsman office and was informed by them on March 18, 2005 (10:35am) that their was no single ombudsman and that this was an entire department.
5 complaint .I must question the reason why the coordinator didn’t just tell me that the ombudsman is an entire department and not a single person. Instead of refusing to put me in direct contact with the ombudsman which he refused to do . Which suggests that the Ombudsman is a Single person.
Now after I sent this entire complaint in ,guess what I get a call on my aswering machine from the coordinator who gave me the Name of the ombudsman, remember they told one of thier own banking offices that it was an entire department and not a single person.And I even played the message from the female of the Pir department who falsified her identity for the coordinator to make him a witness to the call. So far its denile denile denile,
So i sent off another complaint saying SEEING THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSTINTELY LIED TO, MISINFORMED AND CIBC REPS FALSIFIYING THEIR IDENTITY I WISH MY ENTIRE COMPALINT TO BE FORWARDED TO THE CIBC OMBUDSMAN MR. LACHALN MACLAHLAN
so if your having probs i would call the ombudman an asked for a mail address for Mr. Lachaln Maclahlan as I know some of you do not have access to email. Hope this helps some of you and ill try and keep you posted on my ordeal. I also wrote my member of parliment but have not recived a reply by him as of yet.
